How This Works
The Integrity Ledger is a civic transparency initiative. It does not file complaints or make accusations.

- At 1,000 bills (provisional) or 2,500 (official), a public information request is sent
- Providers have 30 days to voluntarily respond
- Responses are scored on completeness and verifiability
